At Empire Fitness we pride ourselves on making our facility a real 'home from home'. We want our members to feel that exercise can be easy and enjoyable so we go that little bit further to try to do this.

When you are starting out, you can request a personalised induction with a qualified member of staff who can show you around the gym and the equipment completely free of charge.

Another feature of having a membership at our establishment is the 'Breakfast Club'. If you train between 6am and 9am weekdays you are entitled to the free continental breakfast we provide. Hosted at our very own Empire Kitchen, this cafe serves fresh hot and cold snacks and drinks from 8- 3pm at ultra low prices.

And finally, at an additional cost to the membership, you can make use of our vertical tanning units situated in our reception area.
